Our quality management system details extensive key performance indicators and reporting structures, but also sets up a framework for 2-3 QA checks to be carried out at the end of the conveyor line for every part we distribute. The system promotes ongoing process assessment, review and analysis, which means continuous improvement within our organisation!
We are also re-certified to ISO standards and inspected by independent auditors every year – which helps ensure that our quality management system is built around quality customer outcomes.
